International Children’s Festival (ICF)
Join the young (and young at heart) who discover the world during the International Children’s Festival!

Each year WIU provides an educational and fun display at ICF that showcases the beauty and diversity of the Caribbean.
We’re always looking for volunteers to help us set up our table and spend time interacting with children and adults that come to experience the many cultures around the world.

The ICF event occurs the third Saturday each April in downtown Hampton, VA.
